| I Have an idea  we can schedule a periodic game to improve our performance as a team (like a training), we make a poll for suitable timing, and apply penalties on those who don't show up, like deducting points, demoting their rank...etc, this way even peons can improve their ranks by learning from the stronger What do you think? | |

| Okey best is one training will be at 1 PM and another at 8:30 PM.So u can go at 8:30 training  | |

| welll i got exams in the incoming 20 days so i'll be more busy
and @ the exam days i can be in but not for a game
