Announcements on the main page

I think important announcements have to be seen on the main page of the forum, like for example the scheduled match against other clans, or testing a new member, or participating in a poll for someone who will join, all these should be brought out to the main page, coz maybe members wont be able to check every topic on daily basis but at least important things should be seen once you join

I can set it in important things on main page btw they could be able to check if it is in general its not big change
